The long angled handset makes this phone comfortable to hold, and the clearly labelled keys are a good size. The menus are easy to navigate and in a logical order. Sound quality is acceptable, but incoming calls echo slightly if you move away from the base station. Playback was clear, although messages can only be retrieved using the base. Good instructions.
