All our testers liked the layout of the website and said it was easy to find what they were looking for. For many products there's an ingredients list and nutritional information. All the deliveries arrived on time, with no missing items, and our testers were impressed that items with a shorter shelf-life were flagged up in the delivery receipt.

All our testers found the website easy to use and liked the Express Shopper search that lets you type in a generic shopping list and provides suggested products to choose from. There were plenty of time slots available when our testers placed their orders and all three deliveries arrived on time.
One tester received loose items that weren't packed in a carrier bag and there was no offer of help to make taking them indoors easier.

Offers one-hour delivery slots. Ocado delivery staff where the only ones to offer to bring our testers' shopping right into the kitchen and were polite and friendly. All our deliveries arrived on time and are packed in colour coded bags, making it easy to see what needs to go into the fridge or freezer straight away.
You can't order loose fruit and vegetables as produce is pre-packed and despatched from a warehouse. Two of our testers were disappointed to find the fresh lasagne had slipped around inside its packaging and one had leaked. Delivers only in the South East, Midlands and North West.

The website is easy to use. You can enter till receipt codes, and items you've bought before will appear on your favourites list. If an item isn't in stock and the substituted product is more expensive, you'll be charged the cost of the original item. One order arrived 39 minutes late, with no warning. The ice cream had leaked and a bag of frozen peas was partially defrosted. Some fresh produce had 'use by' dates that matched the delivery day: 'I've just received my order at 9pm - am i supposed to use up my carrots and bananas by midnight?' asked one tester.
