Bowl and lid lock together securely. For safety the motor won’t start unless the pusher is in place. Performed well on chopping, grating and slicing tests but the plastic paddle splashes cream up bowl sides, making it hard to view progress. Remains stable when kneading bread and mixes cleanly. Solid bowl, very clear instructions.

Slices cucumber efficiently with no wastage trapped above blade. Balloon style whisks work in a planetary action to whip cream into a good volume. Copes well with bread and pastry dough, remaining stable during kneading. A good choice of speeds is available.
