Sturdy but quite bulky to hold. Side ridges are uncomfortable. Useful lug handle as quite heavy. Lid handles large to grip easily. Quick to reduce to simmer. Even cooking and easy release of eggs, mince and white sauce. Pancakes browned slightly unevenly. Caramel released really easily.

Rubber grip comfortable even on larger pans, fits hand well and is a good length. Good instructions. Best used as lower temps. Needed soaking after all white sauce tests but eggs, caramel and pancakes cooked evenly and released easily.

Handles get hot near to pan body. Large rivets. Handles are quite comfortable to hold. Well balanced pan. Good instructions. Mince released easily on most tests but white sauce stuck slightly on all tests. Eggs and pancakes cooked evenly and released easily. Caramel released easily. Wide lid handles easy to grip.

Heavy but with good chunky handle shape which feels secure in hand. Lug handle is useful on pans. Available in blue, orange, granite, cerise, almond and black. Slow to reduce to simmer and milk burns on bottom of pan. Mince released easily. Easy to clean. Slower to cook eggs but a good result which is easy to release. Smooth browning on pancakes. Double sided pouring lip on milk pan is useful.
