Yummy Recipe from Den:

This is a yummie dessert recipe if you want one quick

1.put a banana split down the middle in a suitable microwave dish

2.add a small amount of fresh orange over it and sprinkle with cinammon

3.Yap in microwave for 30 seconds

4.Serve and enjoy with LF fromage fraiche [ like i do] or creme fraiche,cream or ice cream!
