Am giving away Gok Wan's new cookbook (yes, cookbook!), 'Gok Cooks Chinese'. It looks really good. Apparently his Dad ran a takeaway and he slaved over a wok with him. Going to try to interview him about that soon, and there's a Gok cookery TV programme coming up. There are some fab looking dishes in the book and a good ingredients section that makes making Chinese food so much easier. Anyhow, reply to this thread and you could win the book. Sounds like Gok knows what he's talking about if he grew up working in his dad's takeaway, I would love to try the recipes and will be watching the TV show too.

By the time Mr BB finishes my kitchen he's going to deserve some lovely meals, without additional plaster-dust (I find it very wearing on the teeth), and without shifting the furniture to and fro, so please count me in!
