Prima Real Life Modelling Competition

Are you happy in your own skin? And your clothes? If so, you could win our fabulous real-life modelling competition…

  Last yar's winner, Maria TaylorWho says you have to have a stick-thin figure to be beautiful? There are plenty of women of all shapes and sizes who ooze body confidence and wear clothes that make them feel fantastic. The right outfit can make you have a good clothes day every day - whether you're a size eight or a size 18.

That's why, for the second year running, we're searching for real women who love their bodies and radiate confidence by wearing stylish clothes. The Best Of British modelling competition, in association with Comfort, was a massive success when it was launched last year. Our winner was the stunning Maria Taylor from Nottingham (pictured above), and this year, you could be the reader to fly the flag for real women with natural figures.

Chosen by our panel of judges, our four finalists - each representing the countries of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales - will be invited to London for a makeover with QVC's Alison Young and a glamorous Prima photo shoot. All finalists will then be invited to the Comfort Prima High Street Fashion Awards on 11 September 2008, where the winner will be announced. The lucky winner will receive £2000 to spend on a new wardrobe from Freemans, and the prize includes an overnight stay and all travel expenses. To qualify, you must be aged over 18. So, what are you waiting for?

How to enter

Please send us two clear, recent photos of yourself or the person you are entering - one head-and-shoulders shot and one full-length shot.  Write a short summary, of no more than 50 words, on how the entrant dresses to suit their body shape.We also need to know the entrant's age, dress size, bust, waist and hip measurements (in inches), height (in feet), hair and eye colour, and shoe size.

Also include the entrant's full name, address and a daytime/mobile telephone number. The entrant must be available at the end of July for a photo shoot in London. She must also be able to attend the Comfort Prima High Street Fashion Awards on 11 September 2008.
