Best lawn-mowers: Shetland sheep
Shetland sheep will make easy work of clearing rough areas of overgrown grass and, as one of the smallest breeds, a little flock only needs half an acre of good grazing.
Originally from Scotland, they are easy to keep, great mothers and very bonny. Their fine, soft wool comes in variations of pure white, grey, black and moorit (brown), and the rams have beautiful spiral horns.
Make sure they are securely fenced in, as once loose, sheep can be a nuisance to you and your neighbours.
