Hobby Crafts/Art Materials Live

When: 5-8 November

What: The UK's biggest creative crafts event, Hobby Crafts is packed with stands offering supplies with an emphasis on paper crafts.  This year there's a new make-and-take demonstration area (places are limited, so don't forget to sign up when you arrive at the event). Learn to design cards, get into parchment-making, or find out how to create gorgeous jewellery. At the same time at the NEC, and included in the ticket price, you'll find Art Materials Live, a show dedicated to painting and drawing. Here you can explore glass, ceramic and silk painting in free workshops, watch artists giving demonstrations, and shop for essential art supplies.
