Quick and easy curtains: wave-pleats finish
Add a chic and sophisticated edge to your curtains with this useful technique
Using Rufflette Universal Tempo tape creates soft deep folds ideal for a basic panel which stay evenly in place when the curtain is drawn closed, without re-arranging. You will need curtains about 2.25 times the width of your curtain pole for best effect. Either line your curtain or hem the sides. Press 1.5cm onto the wrong side across the top of the curtain. Follow the instructions that come with the tape to ensure the tape is correctly positioned and stitch in place.
Pull up and secure the drawcords as for bay window curtains. When you draw up the tape the deep folds are automatically created.
