Enlarge templates by 400 per cent on a photocopier. Using templates, cut out one bodice front on fold and two bodice backs. Stitch darts in bodice front and press to one side. Stitch bodice front to bodice backs at side seams. Neaten edges and press to one side.
Neaten top edge of bodice, fold 5mm onto wrong side and stitch. Neaten lower edge of bodice. Turn up 5mm and stitch.
Fold 1cm onto wrong side and stitch Velcro to back edges to fasten. Trim front with a small ribbon fl ower.
Cut three pieces of net 50cm x 16cm. Fold them in half lengthwise together to make six layers, and gather all layers together along folded edge. Draw up gathers to measure 12cm. Fold a 2cm wide ribbon over top of skirt, turning under ends. Stitch in place. Attach a small piece of Velcro to both ends to fasten.
