Passionate potters won't want to miss the UK's first festival showcasing the finest in contemporary ceramics, the British Ceramics Biennial, which launches this autumn in Stoke-on-Trent, the home of the British pottery industry. The programme promises many amazing displays, installations and exhibitions to inspire anyone interested in ceramics. Throughout the festival there will be free workshops to attend, often in local potteries.
