Make festive paper pinwheels
These pretty paper pinwheels can be massed together as a table centrepiece, used to decorate presents or hung from the Christmas tree with lengths of cotton
You will need
● Coloured paper
Cut brightly coloured paper into two strips of equal length and width the wider the strips, the larger the finished pinwheel will be. Small ones work well we used an A4-size strip in length and 2cm deep.
Fold each one in a concertina fashion. Stick one end to the other strip to form a long concertina and, once firmly in place, bring the other ends together, pressing out, to form a disc shape.
Stick the last two ends together and, using some strong adhesive, glue the button into the centre of the pinwheel to keep it joined. Weight lightly to secure.
