Make a pretty peg-doll Christmas angel
Top your Christmas tree with a glamorous Liberty-print peg doll
With lace wings and a Liberty-print dress, this peg-doll angel will take pride of place on the tree. Simply gather a strip of fabric around the neck of a wooden peg and tie in place, covering the top with a cut piece of lace ribbon.
Make two wing shapes using thin gold craft wire and cover in lace, then stick to the back of the doll, covering the join with a ribbon tied into a bow.
Finish off with a halo of mini pearl beads threaded onto cotton and stuck to her head.
Dress made up in Tatum G Tana Lawn fabric, £21 a metre, Liberty. Purple tissue paper available at all good art shops. Recycled Kraft gift box, from £2.50, Paperchase
