Make some jam jar candles

Jam jar candle

Melt enough crème wax to fill a jam jar. Prepare your wick following instructions above and stick to the bottom of an old, cleaned jam jar. Add small amounts of wax dye to the molten wax to achieve your desired colour, adding white wax dye plus coloured dye will give a more pastel shade. Transfer into a plastic jug and pour into the jam jar to just below the rim. Allow to cool completely. Untie the wick and trim. Cut a circle of pretty fabric or paper to cover the top of your jar and tie in place with twine.
