These candle votive holders will add a festive glow to any room!

You will need:

• Plain, clear glass tealight holders (available from IKEA)
• Staedtler Lumocolor permanent marker
• Masking tape
• Fimo size for leaf metal
• Fimo leaf metal
• Paintbrush
• Fimovarnish for leaf metal

Make several marks with a Staedtler Lumocolor permanent marker all around the candle holder, equidistant from the bottom. Stick a length of masking tape above the marks all around the holder to neatly mask off the area that will be covered with leaf metal.

Using a paint brush, apply a thin layer of Fimo size for leaf metal to the area beneath the masking tape. Allow to dry.

Carefully place Fimo leaf metal over the dry size, rubbing gently with your fingertips or a dry paintbrush.

When completely covered, remove the masking tape and varnish with Fimo varnish for leaf metal to add a protective coating.
