Make a 3D butterfly picture
Make a pretty 3D butterfly out of pieces of used wrapping paper
Enlarge template to desired size. Trace shape onto card and cut out to form a template.
Cut out three butterfly shapes from oddments of wrapping paper or decorative paper bags. Fold each butterfly in half and press a firm crease down the centre.
Use narrow, double-sided tape or a fine strip of glue to stick butterflies on top of one another down the centre crease, sticking the bottom one down onto a plain piece of card the same size as the frame. Fold the wings upwards to achieve a 3D effect. Display in a deep box frame.
