Decorate a pretty mirror using crushed glass
This is a project for long evenings, as it's quite time-consuming. You can buy sheets of the mosaic pieces in various colours. They have a silvered backing to reflect the light and need to be glued on with the silvered side down. Cover a small area of the mirror frame at a time with PVA glue and stick down the pieces individually. Start around the edges, then fill in the centre. When completely dry, cover with grout. Wipe away surplus grout with a damp cloth and leave to dry. Finish by polishing with a dry cloth.
