CL make fabric Jubilee bunting

To save time sewing when making bunting, cut out triangles of fabric with pinking shears then attach them to lengths of cotton tape at roughly equal intervals using small wooden pegs (full-sized ones would weigh the tape down). Intersperse with themed postcards or eyecatching images

Bunting in Wobble Stripe cotton, £20/m, Cath Kidston; cotton tape, from £1.95/5m, John Lewis. Small wooden pegs, £4.50 (tin of 24), Liberty. Queen’s portrait postcards, £14.95 (tin of 12), Berry Red

Styling by Ben Kendrick. Assisted by Celia Stuart-Menteth. Photographs by Claire Richardson
