Make stencilled Noel napkins
Jazz up Christmas dinner with these festive table decorations
To make
Make light pencil marks on a plain white napkin to mark where to place your stencil – we used 5cm high stencils (available from stationers). Use a stencil brush, which has a flat brush head, and fabric paint. We used Pébéo Setacolor Opaque Fabric Paint in colour Shimmer Ash.
Put a small amount of paint onto brush and dab through stencil. When dry, iron for 5 minutes to fix colour so it will be resistant to washing. For best results, use cotton or linen napkins.
Thread narrow ribbon through a big button with large holes for a homemade napkin decoration.
