Frame family photos or period postcards

For a touch of nostalgia, seek out favourite old postcards to frame inside weathered, mismatched frames.

Gather together old postcards, family photos or even memorabilia from travels. They don’t all have to be the same size or style - a random selection will give an individual and unique finish and the charm will be in the story behind each framed item. Paint an assortment of old frames from car boot sales and charity shops all in the same colour. Once dry, place your chosen images in the frames, and back with scraps of vintage fabrics, lace or wrapping paper.
