Make a gift-wrapping storage bag
Store rolls of paper and everything else you need for gift wrapping in this useful bag
Cut two rectangles measuring 30cm x 74cm for the bag, and rectangles measuring 30cm x 28cm and 30cm x 18cm for the pockets. Neaten top edge of pockets. Press under 2cm hem across top of pockets and stitch.
Lay pockets on top of one bag piece and tack at sides. Pin and stitch the two bag pieces together at side and lower edges, leaving a 4cm gap in stitching 6cm below top edge. Neaten seam allowances and press them open. Press under 1cm then 5cm around top edge of bag and stitch.
Fold bottom corners with seams matching and stitch across as shown for 6cm. Trim and neaten edges. Turn right-side out. Cut two 80cm lengths of chunky cord. Thread one through casing and knot ends. Thread second piece through from opposite side and knot ends.
