Dress up a plain vest top with some pretty beaded lace
You'll only need a small amount of trimming for the top of a camisole, so choose a luxury beaded trim.
Allow sufficient so you can position the design centrally with 1cm extra at each side. Lay the trimming across the top of the camisole, turn under 1cm at each side and pin and tack in place. If the trimming is heavily beaded you may find it easier to sew on by hand along the sides and lower edge rather than using a machine.
On the wrong side, trim away the top of the camisole 1cm from the stitching. Then turn under the raw edge and hand stitch to the back of the trimming area.
