Dress up a simple tee with this quick and easy dazzling sewing technique
Sequinned fabric can be pricey but you can create a dazzling patch of sequins using inexpensive sequinned braid.
Cut four strips of braid about 26cm long. Fold each in half and pin to the front of the top in strips with the braid side by side. Fold to make a point at the bottom, and turn under 1cm at each end level with the neck edge of the top.
Repeat with remaining braid to form a roughly square patch of sequins.
