1.5: the maximum ounces of cheese that makes a portion
This is only about 40g - and that's not very much (think of it as around the size of a small matchbox). Cheese is so high in fat and calories that it's one of the commonest saboteurs of weight loss. Forty grams is a safe amount that will count as a dairy portion and supply lots of calcium, so stick to this portion size and you'll be fine.
