Boogie for your body

From sensuous tango, through to quick-footed salsa or uninhibited belly dancing - a good old boogie is one of the most enjoyable ways to get and stay fit. Just 20 minutes of disco dancing, ballroom dancing, or square dancing is said to burn 114 calories. Your local paper, library or sports centre will have information about classes, or just close the curtains, put on your wildest dance music and go for it!
