Food swaps to cut cals

Frozen raspberry yoghurt scoops on a plate

Which frozen yoghurt?

SWAP ½ tub Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia Ice Cream, 500 cals, 28g fat, 20g saturates
FOR ½ tub Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia Low Fat Frozen Yogurt, 340 cals, 6g fat, 4g saturates
WHY? Opting for low-fat yogurt means you cut out 160 calories and slash the fat to less than a quarter. Better still, there’s only a fifth of a woman’s daily maximum of saturated fat, compared with your entire daily limit in the ice cream. The yogurt is also a third higher in calcium (needed for strong bones).
