Day 2 of the Chris James Mind & Body detox
I find it really hard to swallow tablets so it's hard work getting six of them down every morning. (Yes,
there's some gagging.) The daily supplements I have to take as part of the detox contain vitamins and minerals, including
anti-oxidants to support the body and help push out those pesky toxins.
Then it's fruit for breakfast, the leftovers from yesterday's vegetable dinner for lunch, and fruit and oat cakes for snacks. For dinner I cook the rest of the vegetables, adding roasted cumin seeds and tumeric to spice things up. And a sweet potato side dish (normal potatoes aren't allowed - too starchy). I have a big treat for myself at the end of the day - a Twix being out of the question - a 45-minute session of reflexology. I go into a semi-trance as the reflexologist works on my feet and waft home in a blissful state of tranquility.
