For many celebrities their facialist is just as important as a dermatologist because regular massage makes a real difference to the smoothness, brightness and firmness of skin. Release the tension from your face with these simple facial massage techniques - just a few minutes a day and you'll see radiance return.
Morning face reviver
If you wake up feeling groggy with a tired and puffy face, try this easy face reviver to brighten skin and help you feel fabulous again.
Soak a muslin cloth or flannel in hot water and pat it onto cleansed skin for a few seconds.
Follow by rinsing the cloth under cold water and lay it back onto your face for a moment or two - the contrast in temperatures will immediately boost circulation and wake your skin up.
Follow with a cup of hot water with a squeeze of fresh lemon and if you have time for a few dynamic stretches it will boost circulation to the rest of your body.
Forehead relaxer
Starting at your browline, move your fingertips 1cm at a time, pressing and lifting gently upwards towards your hairline. This will release tension in the forehead.
De-tense your temples
Take away tension from the temples by massaging temples in small anti-clockwise circles with your first two fingers. Do this for a minute on each side.
Relax the brows
Pinch your brows, with the thumb below an eyebrow and index finger above. Gently pinch and lift along the brow and out towards the temples.
