Antipasti platter
Ingredients
4 slices prosciutto alla herbe (cooked ham)
4 slices prosciutto (cured ham)
4 slices salami Napoli
200g (7oz) marinated and grilled mixed peppers
100g (31/2oz) pecorino cheese
100g (31/2oz) stuffed pepperoncini (peppers) with goats' cheese
4 slices grilled marinated aubergine slices
200g (7oz) mixed Italian olives
100g (31/2oz) Italian borettane onions in balsamic vinegar
200g (7oz) marinated mixed mushrooms in olive oil
Grissini and ciabatta rolls, to serve

Method
1 Arrange all the cold meats, grilled peppers, pecorino cheese, stuffed pepperoncini and marinated aubergine slices on a platter. Place the olives, onions and mushrooms in little bowls.Serve with grissini (breadsticks) and warmed ciabatta rolls.
