Braised Garlic Cabbage
Ingredients
1 small Savoy cabbage
30 ml (2tbsp) olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
30ml (2 level tbsp) chopped parsley
Garlic and parsley add plenty of extra flavour to Savoy cabbage

Method
1 Quarter and shred the Savoy cabbage.
2 Heat all the olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30sec.
3 Add the cabbage; cook, stirring, for 5min.
4 Season, stir in the chopped parsley and serve.
