Cheats' lemon cheesecake
Ingredients
200g pack extra-light cream cheese
3tbsp lemon curd
150ml/5fl oz orange and lemon yogurt (we used Onken, 99p for 450g)
8 all-butter sweet tartlets (we used Marks & Spencer's, £2.29 for 192g) 4 each of natural crystallised violet petals and natural crystallised rose petals (optional; we used Fiddes Payne's, £3.19 for 36g from Waitrose)

Method
1 Put cheese into a processor with lemon curd and pulse in a food processor to soften. Then add yogurt and blend to combine.
2 Next, spoon mixture into tartlets. Just before serving, decorate the top of each one with a crystallised rose or violet.
