Chunky Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
4 Flour Tortillas
225g cooked chicken breast cut into strips
1 small Pot of houmous
2 Baby gem lettuce leaves washed and dried and roughly chopped
1 red pepper, halved seeded and sliced thinly
A seriously simple picnic recipe from Celebrity Chef Lesley Waters. Turkey or ham can be used in place of the chicken.

Method
1) Simply spread a layer of houmous over the tortilla wraps.
2) Scatter over the chicken strips, gem lettuce and peppers strips
3) Tightly roll up the tortillas to form wraps, cut in half and wrap well in cling film.
4) Pack in your cooler box until required.
