Ingredients

50g/2oz low-fat plain yogurt
50ml/2fl oz low-fat mayonnaise
50ml/2fl oz skimmed milk
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

So tasty, you won’t believe it’s low fat

Method
