Hot three bean salad with sausages

Serves 4, prep 5 mins, cook 5-10 mins

250g/9oz green beans, trimmed
200g/7oz broad beans
3 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp grainy mustard
410g can haricot beans, drained and rinsed
8 herby sausages to serve

Cook the sausages in a hot oven. While there're cooking, in a saucepan of boiling salted water cook green and broad beans till tender. In a bowl, mix olive oil with mustard and season well. Drain beans and return to pan with haricot beans. Add dressing and stir to combine. Return to pan and heat through till beans are hot. Serve with cooked juicy sausages.
