Food swaps to cut cals
Which potato topping?
SWAP A medium-sized baked potato topped with 85g of tuna mayo and sweetcorn, 435 calories, 20.3g fat
FOR A medium-sized baked potato with half a can of ratatouille, 232 calories, 0.9g fat
WHY? Go for ratatouille instead of tuna mayo on your spud and you’ll have an equally satisfying lunch but save over 200 calories. The ratatouille also counts as a full vegetable portion and is packed with disease-protective antioxidants. For a lower-fat tuna topping, mix flaked tuna with natural yogurt instead of mayo.
