Good Housekeeping Consumer Awards 2008

The best products, retailers and services in the market - the results are in!

This year's Good Housekeeping Consumer Awards are bigger and better than ever. We've been rewarding the best products on the market every year since 2001, but this time we're celebrating not just innovations and high-scoring gadgetry from the latest Good Housekeeping Institute tests but also winners in a clutch of new categories we asked readers to vote on, including Household Time-Saver, Online Retailer of the Year, High Street Home Style and Customer Service Champion. 

 

Other award schemes charge manufacturers to enter their products and services. We don't, because what matters to us is how well they perform - in our tests, in your homes or under the expert eyes of our judging panel.

 

Apart from the four categories voted on by readers, the awards include the Innovation of the Year and the ‘Tried, Tested, Best' Award for the most impressive appliances and gadgets assessed by the GHI team this year.
