Bolognese pizza
Ingredients
pizza base
4tbsp tomato purée
¼ quantity Bolognese sauce
1 roasted red pepper from a jar (about 75g/3oz), sliced
75g (3oz) black olives
100g (4oz) grated mozzarella cheese

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 220ºC (200°C fan, gas mark 7). Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
2 Spread the tomato purée over the pizza base followed by the Bolognese. Scatter the red pepper, olives and mozzarella evenly over the top.
3 Bake for 15min or until the base is crisp and the cheese has melted. Cut into slices before serving.
Cook's notes
■You can find jars of roasted peppers in large supermarkets, Italian delis and Greek and Turkish stores. Drain and rinse well, then pat dry.
■Roast your own peppers by grilling on high for 10min. Rub off the skins once cool.
