Microwaved steam treacle pudding
Ingredients
4oz plain wholewheat flour
2x5mls teaspoon baking powder
4oz light brown sugar
4oz margarine
1 tablespoon treacle
1x5ml teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg
milk

Method
1 Put all ingredients into 2pt microwave safe pudding bowl
2 Mix well - add enough milk to give soft consistency
3 Microwave uncovered 11mins at 350watts on a 1000watt microwave or nearest equivalent power
4 A smaller amount can be made by using a 1pt bowl halving the ingredients - except use a whole egg!
5 Microwave for 5mins on same power as given above. Can put pudding into microwave while having 1st course!
