Thai curry

The advent of microwaves in the 1980s meant that folk dipped into ready-meals more willingly - and curried ready-meals were SO much tastier than traditional ones. The result was that curry was chosen over shepherds pie and spices entered kitchens in a big way. Now we've moved on from the ready-meals and lots of us are whisking up Thai curries.
