Roasted Mediterranean Potatoes
Vanilla Custard Pots with Pistachio and Almond Brittle
With 60 mins to go...
* Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6
* Boil water for vegetables
* Make brittle for the dessert.
* Prepare custards and put in the oven
45 mins to go...
* Make salad dressing
40 mins to go
* Prepare potatoes and put in oven 35min to go
* Prepare the lamb
15-20 mins to go
* Put the lamb in the oven to cook
* Prepare zesty vegetables to the end of step 3
* Put salad ingredients into a bowl but don't add the dressing
5 mins to go
* Boil water for vegetables
* Dress and toss salad
Time's up!
The finishing touches that'll help it all go oh-so-smoothly...
Take the starter to the table but, just before you do, take the lamb out of the oven to rest and finish the potatoes. In between the starter and main course, reheat the zesty vegetables. Serve the main course and relax - the pudding is done and ready to serve.
