Neal's Yard stocks just a handful of organic cheeses, but they're wonderful. Creamy yellow Hafod cheddar has a rich nutty flavour. Finn has a mushroomy flavour.  Stichelton is beautifully buttery. St Tola has a rich grainy texture.
