Parma ham and two cheese pasta

Ingredients

400g (14oz) pasta shapes
Half a 390g can Eazy Fried Onions (available from major supermarkets)
1–2tbsp freshly chopped sage or chives
150g (5oz) mild Gorgonzola or dolcelatte, chopped
200g tub ricotta cheese
4 slices Parma ham, roughly torn

A throw together yet delicious midweek main course

Method

1 Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain, tip back into the pan and put over a low heat.

2 Add the fried onions, chopped herbs, Gorgonzola, ricotta and Parma ham to the pasta and heat, stirring, for 1–2min until warmed through. Season with freshly ground black pepper, spoon into warm bowls and serve immediately.
