Pasta with Pesto, Potatoes and Beans

Ingredients

350g (12oz) dried pasta shapes, such as trofie
175g (6oz) fine green beans, roughly chopped
175g (6oz) small salad potatoes, such as Anya, thickly sliced
2 x 125g tubs fresh pesto sauce
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to serve

Method

1 Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta, bring back to the boil and cook for 5min.

2 Add the beans and potatoes to the pan and continue to boil for a further 7- 8min or until the potatoes are just tender. 

3 Drain the pasta, beans and potatoes in a colander, then tip everything back into the pan and stir in the pesto sauce. Serve scattered with freshly grated Parmesan.
