Philadelphia Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients
2 x 150g/5oz skinless chicken breasts
50g/2oz Philadelphia Light With Basil
6 pancetta slices
fresh veg, to serve

Method
Preheat oven to gas mark 6/ 200˚C (190˚C in a fan oven).
Place chicken on a board breast-side down. Open out fillet and season with freshly ground black pepper. Spread half of the Philly over each piece, fold fillet back over and wrap each chicken breast in pancetta.
Put in a large baking dish and roast for 25-30 mins, till pancetta is golden and chicken is cooked through. Serve with steamed veg.
