Rolled salmon bites
Ingredients
100g (3½oz) crème fraîche
½tbsp wholegrain mustard
Zest of ½ lemon
Small handful fresh dill, finely chopped,
plus extra to garnish
10 smoked salmon strips - about
250g (9oz)
Lemon wedges to serve
These gorgeous salmon canapés are a great start to a party

Method
Beat together the crème fraîche, mustard, lemon zest and the chopped dill. Season. Lay a smoked salmon strip on a board and trim to a rectangle, overlapping trimmings if necessary.
Put 2tsp of the crème fraîche mix at one end. Roll up. Repeat with the remaining salmon strips.
Arrange the salmon rolls on a platter with lemon wedges alongside and garnish with the extra dill to serve.
