Sausages with Honey and Almonds
Ingredients
700g (11⁄2lb) cocktail or chipolata sausages
30ml (2tbsp) runny honey
50g (2oz) flaked almonds
Cocktail sausages are roasted with runny honey and flaked almonds for a great Christmas dinner accompaniment

Method
1 Place the cocktail or chipolata sausages in a small, shallow roasting tin, drizzle with honey and sprinkle the flaked almonds over the top.
2 Roast on the top shelf of the oven above the turkey at 190°C (170°C fan) mark 5 for 45min or until well browned and cooked to the centre, turning from time to time.
