There are lots of trendy bottles of port on the market - designed to be served chilled or with tonic water. However around this time of year, there is something heart-warming about opening a traditional bottle of port and this is about as traditional as you can get! Full and rich and not too sweet. Great for guests, lovely with stilton. Even better in front of a warm fire.
