Boating lake club sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices granary bread
a little butter
a little mayonnaise
a few slices cooked chicken breast
1 rasher bacon, cooked until crisp, then halved
1 boiled egg, sliced
a few slices iceberg lettuce
1 small ripe tomato
Kick back and relax with a truly delicious club sandwich

Method
Toast the bread, then spread butter on one side of each slice.
Spread a little mayonnaise on one slice.
Top with sliced chicken, bacon, boiled egg, lettuce and fi nally the tomatoes.
Season and top with the other piece of granary bread. Slice in half and eat immediately.
