Baytree Christmas Syrup

This highly versatile syrup is aromatically flavoured with cinnamon, citrus juices, zests and various spices. It has a nice boozy kick though as it contains both white wine and rum. Perfect as an indulgent adult treat simply poured over ice cream or stirred into yogurt for a lighter Christmas Dessert. Or why not go all out and serve with warmed waffles on Christmas morning. It also adds a delicious note to mulled wine or cider. Not one for the kids but we think it's a winner. Available in 2 sizes. 300g, rrp £3.25, sold exclusively at Waitrose. 630g, rrp £7.50 from independent fine food retailers or www.thebaytree.co.uk
